Was dich erwartet:
Du steigst direkt ins Kerngeschäft ein und lernst, wie professionelle Liegenschaftsbewertung in der Praxis funktioniert:

Erhebung und Aufbereitung von Daten zu Grundstücken und Liegenschaften

Unterstützung bei Gutachten für Infrastrukturprojekte und Grundinanspruchnahmen
-
Recherche von relevanten Unterlagen, Marktdaten und Vergleichswerten
-
Mitarbeit im gesamten Bewertungsprozess – vom Befund bis zum fertigen Gutachten
Was du mitbringst:

Laufendes oder abgeschlossenes bautechnisches Studium - oder eine fachbezogene schulische Ausbildung
-
Hintergrund in der Landwirtschaft ist ein klares Plus
-
BWL-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
-
Lernbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und lösungsorientiertes Denken
-
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
